What does this course include?
To create gender inclusive workplaces, this interactive session helps leaders and teams explore how gender dynamics shape communication, culture, and leadership. Together, we uncover how bias — both conscious and unconscious — impacts workplace experiences and outcomes, with a focus on practical steps to create a more inclusive, high-performing environment.
This includes:
- Building an inclusive culture that reduces conflict and unlocks the potential of diverse teams
- How gendered communication and leadership styles influence workplace dynamics
- The bias and barriers that show up in hiring, development, and progression
The session can be delivered for all colleagues and aims to increase awareness of gender stereotypes and the barriers that hold women back in the workplace. Adaptable for your own organisational context, this can be delivered as a taster session or half day workshop.
Location: delivered either online or at a venue provided by the client.
