What does this course include?
This comprehensive culture change package blends structured learning with practical action planning and leadership coaching. It begins with a workshop to explore organisational culture, introduce key theoretical models, and facilitate reflection on current strengths and challenges. From there, I work directly with the leadership team to develop a clear, tailored action plan to engage colleagues and evolve organisational culture.
This includes:
- Increasing knowledge of academic theory on organisational culture and change
- Providing leadership coaching support to help leaders confidently engage and influence their teams
- Facilitating a follow-up group session to review progress, embed learning, and sustain change
The session is for senior leaders wanting to assess organisational culture and bring about change. It provides a theoretical basis for culture development and facilitates exploration and discussion. Through coaching support, leaders will then be guided to create their own approach to engagement and change, developing a clear vision and leading this change.
Location: delivered either online or at a venue provided by the client.
