Remote but Powerful: Achieving Impact from a Distance

What does this course include?

As remote and hybrid working becomes the norm, traditional performance management approaches can unintentionally reinforce inequality. This session introduces a results-based approach to performance management — designed to foster transparency, productivity, and inclusion across dispersed teams.

This includes:

  • Designing trust-based performance management for remote and hybrid teams
  • Understanding the equality impacts of presenteeism and ‘visibility bias’
  • Creating a results-focused, inclusive culture where everyone can thrive

The session is for those in people-management roles and aims to improve the performance management process to one that ensures a focus on results, increasing oversight for managers of remote workers and ensuring flexibility for colleagues. The approach will transform performance discussions and enhance focus on key goals.

Location: delivered either online or at a venue provided by the client.
